All items are all checked by our professional staffs (game geeks) manually, one by one, to ensure they are in their best condition. There might be slight shelf wear, bends, or some imperfection on the packages. If you are a collector who are looking for ‘absolute perfect’ box or ‘absolute perfect’ paint job, we kindly suggest that you purchase it at a brick and mortar store, where you could personally pick the perfect one. By placing an order on our website, you understand and accept our return policy.
If the products you received are damaged by the shipping carrier, please inform us with damaged pictures within 2 business days. Any return request made after 2 business days would NOT be accepted. Please keep all original packaging. Return will not be accept without original packaging. All returns must be assigned a RMA number. Returns without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.
How to Return Items:
1. Please kindly contact us within two business days upon receipt, include your reason and pictures.
2. We will provide a RMA number for your return case.
3. Please kindly include the RMA number in the package and also printed on the shipping box to fasten the process on your return.
4. Mail the item back with selected shipping carrier.
